He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. He came to our house to fix a broken LAN drop that two other repair men couldn t fix and were telling me they d have to rerun the lines and add boxes and switches which would have ended up costing around $1200-$1500. Roe came through troubleshot it down to a short in the wire and ended up fixing the original wire. He then added two more drops in separate bedroom in about an hour. Not only is he good but the guy is fast. He then tested all the new drops to ensure they worked. Don t go with the big names they will just over charge you. Go with Roe."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
