"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"he was almost 2 hours late but he kept me informed that he would be late. I did not mind. he worked very hard and explained a lot. He had good interaction with me. My problem improved quite bit but not 100He suggested new antenna which I have not tried yet. Thank U."

"Tino came out when he said he would on a Saturday and installed my antenna on the roof and when my cables did not work he recabled the house and I am very happy with the reception I have using an old TV and a converter box. All I wanted was channel 9 and I have 4 channel 9s with clean crisp pictures and was shown how to use the remote to the converter box. Very happy customer. Thanks, Tino."
