The repair and new control box insytallation we had done by Sean was an exceptional experience. He was careful to explain options, review operating of the control box and the work on the control valves was very neat, including digging up and replacing a shrub. He has been quick to return when I had questions or a small problem. I would highly recommend this company and Sean.

They did a very thorough job finding, repairing and ensuring my sprinkler system and heads were working properly.

We used thrive fixing a sprinkler leak, adding additional heads, replacing heads and just a once over on our existing system for better coverage. We called to get an estimate date and the employee Manny showed up on time. We went over everything that was to be done and he offered some suggestions but was not at all pushy. the estimate was very reasonable considering what was involved. we agreed and the appointment was was made. Manny arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and courteous. We went over again what was to be done and he got started. he stated that there was an area that already had a line so he wouldn't need to put one in and he stated that would bring our bill down, which it did. when we did the end walk through I decided i wanted another sprinkler head and he said no problem and went to work putting it in. and yes that did bring the cost up again but not to the original amount. our sprinklers have super coverage now, no leak and all is in great order! Manny did a great job! since we have lived in our house some 20 years we have used probably 8-10 difference sprinkler companies and we were disappointed with all of them. I can honestly say that we have now found our company!

I did not want to wanted more time by going back and forth to Home Depot. Manny came and checked all my sprinker heads to make sure it is working correctly. He was able to resolved in less that 60 minutes.

Thrive was the most professional of the bunch, immediately returning my call and sending someone to my home to meet with me and walk the property. He explained everything well and was great. No need to look any further, Thrive Outdoor Solutions is the company to use. I checked out several companies before I made my decision. They werenâ t the cheapest, they werenâ t the most expensive, but they were the correct choice for me. The system is very easy to use and even my parents who are 74 and 75 years young have had no issues using the system. After the install I had a few questions since I was out of town for the training and let me tell you the customer service is second to NONE. Once the system is installed and set up there is nothing else to do. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed.
