"Jesse Luna Tree Service truly exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment they stepped onto my property, it was evident that they are experts in their field. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient in executing the job. Their attention to detail ensured that every branch was trimmed perfectly, enhancing the overall aesthetics of my yard. What impressed me most, however, was their commitment to safety and their respect for the environment. They took every precaution to ensure neither the surrounding structures nor the trees themselves were harmed during the process. After trimming, they cleaned up so meticulously that one would never guess a major tree service had just taken place. Jesse, the lead, communicated clearly throughout the process, ensuring I was satisfied every step of the way. His passion for his work is palpable and it's evident in the outstanding results. I've dealt with various tree services in the past, but none have matched the level of expertise and dedication that Jesse Luna Tree Service provided. In an industry where it's easy to find mediocre service, Jesse Luna stands out as a beacon of excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-tier tree care. If you want your trees trimmed by professionals who genuinely care about both the health of your trees and your satisfaction, look no further than Jesse Luna Tree Service."

"We called several places to get pricing and availability to remove a tree that fell. A Best Tree Service gave a lower price and was available within 1-2 days to remove the tree. They removed the tree while I was at work, and they texted pictures of the cleared area. I have to admit that the area where the tree fell was actually cleaner after they left than before the tree fell. For example, the tree fell on a trampoline, and when A Best Tree Service left the trampoline did not have one leaf on it."

FAQs for land clearing projects in Von Ormy, TX

Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.

The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.

When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.

The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.

When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.

On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.

Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
