Make sure you know what your problem is before calling them out or they will not be much help."

The work is of professional quality. There is one item that needs to be fixed (patio holds water at the edge and puddles) but the contractor has not arrived at my residence to fix the issue. (Update: Jay arrived and fixed the puddling issue. Water is flowing correctly and no more puddles!)"
