"I’m satisfied with the excellent customer care from the very first phone consultation. The process was explained and costs for my project was quoted . The only improvement I would suggest is to discuss the possibility of having the tub refinished when contracting for the shower surround and the accompanying cost. SSM served as our general contractor, having all trades readily available, making biweekly, sometimes daily onsite visits. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.
