He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "Well, after he connected my Fax/scanner/copier to my Mac computer, only the copier worked! I had to phone  him twice and he had to come back, and then he tried to reconnect. But the Fax and scanner wound up NEVER working. So he told me that the Brothers unit was not compatible with my Mac. But I feel that he should have known this from the start. Thus, I feel like I spent that money for nothing.
