He and his crew put in a new ceiling sheet rock in our back room, installed new flooring, textured and painted the wall and trim, and added a trim and two baseboards. He also pruned a few large trees, built up a hole in the yard, put insulation in the water heater clawset, built a new back porch, repainted the front porch, and patched several cracks in the wall and ceiling.
