Spoke to Evelyn to schedule the job, Kenneth the next morning to schedule the job and provide details on the problem, and a week later they still have not visited the tenant, rescheduled the job nor returned our phone calls / messages. We spend about $25K / year on plumbing expenses and will continue looking elsewhere. I can’t comment on the quality of their work but their scheduling process & lack of follow up is not compatible with our needs."

He actually ended up putting 4 holes on my rv because he doesn't know what he was doing. I was scared of him because I am 64 years old and especially with my hip. His attitude and demeanor made me afraid of him and his box cutter."
