"Our sales person was John. He did an excellent job. He asked our expectations and then explained what we would be getting for our tub to shower conversion for my mom. He made sure my mother understood the process as well as myself. These conversions arenâ t cheap, but youâ re getting your project completed within one to two days. The check-ins prior to the install and the initial meeting were spot on. The work crew that came out to do the demo and install were great. These guys worked as a team - Bryn, Matt, Raul, and Kyle made the magic happen. Byrn greeted me and explained the job and asked me if I had any questions. He told me to feel free to come check-in throughout the project. They covered everything up and picked up as they demoed. As a supervisor, I was impressed with these guys. They used two way communication and peer checking just wow! When it came time for installing the grab bars, soap dishes, and water shutoff - again we were consulted and verified the door open/close direction. The house was built in the 80s, and it was a custom house, but you never know what you will find behind the walls. Thankfully, we had great initial installers as well. John also called during the install to check on us and asked were we happy with the crew and project. Only suggestion from me is to the marketing team, I know there is built in cost for the unknowns with the initial estimate, if the guys donâ t have to do any repairs then give the customer something back. This value can vary but itâ s a warm fuzzy for us with a powerful recommendation for West Shore Home and helps the pocketbook for all parties. Overall weâ re a very happy customer."
