We use a developed bonding agent to insure that your new finish will not come off by itself making our process a long term, great looking solution for your refinishing needs. All of our technicians are employees and undergo a thorough criminal background check before being allowed to become a Fort Worth Refinishing technician. Each technician then undergoes a thorough 60-90 day training program before coming to your home or place of business to work on your project. Our materials are proven by testing and experience to be the best available providing a strong durable finish that will last for years. They completed flooring throughout the house, painted multiple rooms and completed ceiling from the enclosed porch to the kitchen and living area, making the porch enclosure ceiling seamless with the other rooms. They put siding and windows along the front of the house giving it a new, fresh look. We are highly satisfied with the results of the project and the work that Rhodes construction completed."

"I got floors & baseboards done totaling ~$20k. They never told me that they?d leave big gaps under my door frames where there was the tile. They told me it was in the checklist contract but it is not! Then the baseboards came out absolutely horrible! They?re dirty, they didn?t fill the nail holes and used too big of a nail gun that even after they came back the first time and put wood filler it didn?t fix it, some have large gaps underneath meaning they didn?t level the floors properly, there?s sloppy caulk all along the top, rough edges from where they cut the boards and didn?t sand them, they didn?t paint them, there were nicks and chips from install, 2 boards bowed out from the wall to where I could stick my finger in the caulk, 2 boards completely overlapped, got caulk all over my black door stops, cut boards jagged around the toilet valve, forgot to install one door stop, and broke a piece of my wall off. It was just a mess.still haven?t fixed it all and now ghosting me"

"This is my first negative review ever but thought it was worth doing if it saves someone from the experience my wife and I had. Robert with Greentech Builders had asked me to write a review not far into our projects and unfortunately, I did and gave him a good one. We had several remodeling projects with the house we purchased and they started off ok but quickly turned very bad. We had a tub and two toilets replaced and out of three, one toilet and the tub were not installed correctly and leaked through our ceilings. He said he would repaint the areas but never did. An electric gate he installed never worked correctly and he did not come back to correct it. One project was having our kitchen tiled and was left with cracks in areas and not finished with quarter round trim but left with gaps along the cabinets and island. Robert said this wasn't included in the price but we paid probably 10% more than the next quote. In short, he charged us more than some other quotes and most every project turned out to be a mess. He didn't follow up and rarely if ever showed up to oversee his subs. The projects we had should have taken no more than a month or so at best but they drug on for nearly 7 months. We've had several different houses with many different projects but this turned out to be the worst experience we have had. My wife and I were very nice and patient with Robert which might have been one of our mistakes. He took advantage of that. Now I am finishing and correcting many projects that I paid a lot of money to Robert for. Hire Greentech at your own risk. You have been warned."
