"upon arrival service representative began working without delay. asked me if there were any pre-existing issues with system operation...whether minor or insignificant in nature. Cleaned residual dust on both the internal and external units, to include the electrical breaker outside for the 5-ton unit.
    He made some suggestions based on his observation regarding the condensation overflow receiver...said the unit was too small for the size of refrigeration unit installed. He gave me options on larger size and optional fees associated with installation etc.
   Overall i was very satisfied with service and the technician. He was professional and helpful. I would definitely use this company again and refer them to anyone looking for a great service.
