"I chose Unique Designs after obtaining several quotes because Alan quoted the best price, promptly replied to my email questions, and provided the most detail about the work that would be done. Everything promised was delivered exactly when he said it would be. He and his crew were professional, courteous, prompt, and respectful of my house and my pets. On the first day, they removed the old laminate counter tops, pass-through bar top, broken drawer cabinet and sink and installed the new cabinet, the new granite counter tops and bar, and the under mount double stainless sink. On the second day, they installed the faucet and disposal and were finished before noon. They hauled all the old materials away and left the work site clean. I'm planning to replace the bathroom counters and sinks in the future, and I will definitely choose Unique Designs again.

"AJ was able to diagnose out problem with minutes. He offered a fair price on the part needed and ordered it the very next day. During the wait time for the part, AJ and/or Erica stayed in communication with us on the status of the delivery and anticipated repair date. At installation, AJ was finished in less than 30 minutes. My washer works like it was a new one! Customer service is truly one of the most important parts of AJ's Appliance Repair, as shown by my recent experience.
