"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"When I called this provider, he was quick to respond. He told me he was available within an hour and he was on time and had the toilet unclogged within 15 mins. He used an auger that would not scratch the ceramic bowl. He unclogged it on the third attempt but ran then snake three more times just to make sure the clog was completely clear.

They let us know that because of the age of the pipes, the tub would not drain as quickly due to rust and corrosion, as well as the type of trap found in homes built during the time (mid-70's).
