The technician came out and replaced only a handful of the parts that I paid for, did not clean the grill, and never communicated again and his number is now disconnected and the owner does not return calls, even after telling them that I would dispute the charges with my credit card company. I was also charged for a trip charge that was supposed to be refunded with the repair work being done. I am still without a working grill and will now have to engage a more reputable service provider."
