"Arjon Painting was a complete life saver. I had a tenant do a lot of damage to just one bedroom and I just needed texturing. We had a quote from one contrator and one that showed up, but never heard from either one. I posted to Anji's list stating it was a small job hoping I could get anyone to come texture this room. He called me right away and came out and gave me a quote. He came out the next day and got it done in just a few short hours. It looks amazing and it is nice to know that there are some contrators willing to do small jobs to help out people in need! I could not have done this without him. He was polite, friendly and very punctual. He always called me to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. For me acknowledgement is huge and the other two contractors could have just sent me a text to say they were not interested, but did not have the courtesy to do that. I would highly recommend Arjon Painting and not the other two that I will not name."

Priming over old exterior paint is fine if the original paint is not cracked, chipped, and peeling. When that is the case, you need to scrape it off and sand first. Use a roller with a high nap to paint into the textured dips and cover the raised sections of your walls without leaving any sections uncovered. After applying paint using the high-nap roller, you use a paintbrush to cover any missed spots. Applying two or three coats of paint using this method should provide plenty of coverage.
