Ellen is the best example of the worst kind of real estate agent. She's arrogant, rude and condescending. During the process of purchasing our home, we followed the normal process of using an inspector recommended by her. So far, we've had to replace the dishwasher, double oven, reinstall the vent for the laundry/dryer and it now appears as though the roof will need to be replaced. Her response to all of this was to tell us that the inspector bears no liability for the quality or accuracy of the work they do. So why use one?
