"I had an appointment with Gwyndows for window cleaning. They were scheduled to come out on 5/11 so I took off half a day from work to be at my house at noon. They never showed. I called their office MANY times throughout the day and no one ever answered. So they had no one in the office and no one fulfilling appointments. Also, I left voice mails on two different phone numbers which means no one was monitoring those either. I guess the company decided to take the day off and ignore their scheduled appointments. They sent me an email a couple of days later saying something about a scheduling error (BTW, they sent me an email on 4/24 confirming my appointment), but if they were a professional company they would have had someone answering phones and would have known about the scheduling error on that day before it happened. Instead I wasted half a day of work and got nothing in return. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company that's not capable of fulfilling their obligations. There are plenty of other window cleaning businesses on Angie's List to choose from."

"Oscar and his team did an exceptional job re-roofing our house for a fair price. They were very professional, always showed up on time and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again."

"I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"

"Glynn and Jerry are the perfect duo. They did such a great job on our home that we asked them to replaced my parent’s roof too. Both are extremely professional and knowledgable, plus they worked with both of our insurance companies to cover the storm damage. Additionally the crew worked hard to get each roof done in a day. They cleaned up the job site as they worked, being careful not to damage anything below. We recommend them to everyone!!"

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Happy to work with Alex and his team and look forward to working with them on future projects!"
