"It went great. I left a message to make an appointment and within 2-days they called. I told them what I wanted and they promptly sent me an estimate. We scheduled a time for the next week. The two technicians came on time and were professional at all times. They were able to put the TV wall mount together and mount the entire system just the way I wanted. What they do first is outline on wall with blue tape how they will do mounting and then showed it to me to make sure I liked the height etc. Once I gave them the OK they went to work. I was not sure of length of HMDI cables need especially because of articulated wall mount. Two HDMI cables were included in the package and I purchased one more from them. Their prices for HDMI cables is much better than stores and just as high of quality. At the end the lead technician went through everything they did for the installation, went through TV mount operation and made sure the whole system with all components (sound bar and DVD) were working. They cleaned up all the debris as well. Could not have been happier and would recommend them to others."

"Cedrick came to my house at the scheduled time. He was very professional. We had trouble with the cable provided box. He called customer service and took care of the problem and than set up the TV and programed everything for me to use. He made a slight adjustment to cabinet so wires did not show.
Most of all he took time to teach me how to use the different functions and not just set up and rush out of here.

"I bought the $99 2 hour special for installation of a mount and TV. I was extremely happy with the work, wiring through the walls, and caps used to finish the holes in the walls. The technician came out assessed my needs and did the work in about an hour and 15 minutes. I paid extra for the caps and a cable but seemed reasonable. 
I was planning on a future install, so the installer took a look and said he could come back when I purchased the TV and install.
