I moved to Wyoming a couple of years ago, and am currently renting my home in Waco. My tenant called me a few weeks ago to let me know that I have over 10 dead trees (died in the freeze a few years ago) that need to be removed. My few remaining trees were overdo for a trim, so I had that done too. When I called Edgar, I explained that I live in Wyoming and asked him if he would be comfortable coordinating the work schedule with my tenant. He said no problem and told me when he would be there. Edgar had an emergency come up and needed to push his start date by one day; he communicated everything with my tenant and was there the next day. Edgar and his team are very efficient with their time and do great work!! He also gave me the option (for an additional cost) to grind each stump down and backfill the holes. I absolutely appreciated his suggestion and chose to add this to our scope. I always appreciate working with the pro and being informed of my options. Finally, Edgar offered me a discount for paying cash. Which was definitely appreciated! Next time I need something done, I will be calling Edgar!!

Edgar, and his brother and team were two houses down the street from my house. I talked to Leo and he gave me the number to contact his brother Edgar. I called Edgar and he said he will be right over. Edgar came over and got right to the estimate and he made sure he understood what exactly I wanted within 20 minutes of calling him. Master Tree Service was the best out of 5 companies I called to get the job done with the over hanging trees in my yard that were rubbing and hanging on my power lines. Edgar and his crew are fantastic! Showed up on time, considerate of our property. If they thought it might get damaged they moved it or covered it for protection. Put everything back when they were done. Outstanding clean up. This is how doing business with a service provider should be. The rest of the neighborhood is asking for there number.

We had some bad weather come our way and knocked some tree branches on top of the roof causing damage. I called Master Tree Services and Edgar came out very quickly to give us a great estimate. They completed the work in no time!! Great cleanup as well!! We could not be happier!!!! Would recommend them to everyone with tree issues!!

Edger and his team did an excellent job on removing a limb that fell on my main electrical wire to my house and on my roof from the storm we just had. They topped the tree and removed another dead tree as well as trimmed up my tree in the front yard! They did this job fairly quick! The clean up was excellent!! The price was very reasonable for the work they did it would of cost double with another company. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Edgar!

His price was more reasonable then the other quotes I got. Was quick on getting the job done. Had a tree fall through the fence. Fixed fence as well. Did some trimming on another tree as well. Shaped it up nicely. Definitely recommend using them.

They went above and beyond and left my yard nice and clean, it looked immaculate.

Snow storm damaged a lot of trees in backyard. It became a safety hazard due to hanging limbs. Edgar and Justin removed and trimmed all branches, removed and cleaned yard up perfectly. This is the second time I used them and will call them again when needed.

I would highly recommend Edgar and his team for any type of tree removal or service. They were professional and efficient in removing a large, awkwardly placed cedar tree. And their clean up routine has to be seen to be believed! They take great pride in their work.

Master Tree Service trimmed my overgrown trees. They did an excellent job. They thinned and trimmed the trees , cleaned everything out of my yard, blew off the patio and hauled off all limbs. I highly recommended them.

I hired Edger for a job that was several days, a lot of trees. He and his team were here early and worked a solid day with one short lunch break. They cut everything I asked and cleaned up super clean and even used a blower for the porch. My husband and I are so pleased that we will recommend them to our friends and we will have them do anything else we have in the future. You can't go wrong with this very professional young man.
