"Lance came out and gave me a bid for adding insulation in my attic along with a solar attic fan. I was very pleased with the whole process from the initial bid to the final product. "This company provides a very basic level of home security. There is nothing wrong with that. However, Smith Thompson did not present itself to me that way until the technician showed up to do the installation. They do no work in the attic. They only connect to existing wiring from previous installations. He tried to talk me into running wires that would be visible. There was no effort to do what I needed. I called the company. The supervisor said he would check the technician's notes at the end of the day and get back with me in a day or so. I find that to be an unacceptable way to treat a customer."
