"It was a very good experience for having to tear up the house and moving everything off the floor. The padding included was 8 inches thick when 6 inches is what is normally included. We dealt with Kyle and he could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful if he tried. He made helpful suggestions and had lots of good advice, yet was never pushy or "know it all."
