"The process from start to finish went very well. I knew I wanted a whole house water softener and carbon filter. For me, I needed to find a company that would do a competent install, with a quality product and would stand behind their work for years to come. I looked at a couple other highly regarded companies (from Angies List) that would do a good job installing my home water system, but they did not offer the value that Aqua Systems does, in my opinion. Richard and his team, Tim, Chester and Isaac are seasoned and professional. The email system, no sales person approach allowed me to shop around and gather info without pressure. When I called with questions either Richard or Tim were there to pick up the phone. Chester and Isaac did a professional, clean, competent installation. The to/from main water softener lines were buried and any exposed lines that went to the system valve were insulated. Once installed, I checked the water pressure by turning on multiple showers and faucet. No pressure loss. It is only a few days installed but we can smell and feel the difference in our water. I had an incident with the kitchen faucet that I believed was unrelated to the install, but I mentioned it to Richard. He had Chester and Isaac come back later in the day to take a look anyway. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Chester was able to improve the flow, but the only way to fix the problem is to rebuild the faucet or replace it. The quality install, long warranty, great price and a quality product that is made in the USA from a company, AquaSystems, that has been around a long time offers a fantastic value for those looking for a new home water softener and in my case a home carbon filter too."

"Cindy was very professional she came to the house took the water samples. She sent the water samples to her back office where they were able to design a water filtration system to remove chlorine and chloramine from my water supply for the whole house. Cindy has a process which is very strong and she has a team of people that help with design build installation and maintenance. I just wish I would’ve installed the system several years ago. My bath water is crystal clear and I enjoy no longer smelling the toxic fumes of chlorine in my house."

"Victor, the MET technician, is the MET company's drain specialist and he did a phenomenal job: He showed us the huge grease buildup (maybe 40+ years worth) in the outside drain line and, using a camera, that the bottom 1/3 of the drain pipe leading to the sewer was filled in with grease and pulverized egg shells from the garbage disposal. So, between the mixture of egg shells and and grease build-up, it was a mess. We picked the more costly pressurized chemical treatment over the mechanical "Roto-Rooter" auger treatment (which would have been totally ineffective) and when Victor had the line completely clear of egg shells and grease, we could see, using the camera, that the drain pipe was clear all the way to the sewer line. He also warned us about what to NOT put down the garbage disposal, checked the dishwasher filter, and gave recommendations as to which whole-house water filter to use going forward to keep the whole plumbing system clean and clear. It was a costly $710 repair (much more than we first expected), but we felt we got our money's worth with MET's competitive cost compared with other plumbers."

"Everything went great.  The installer had difficulty finding the 'main water line' going into the house. After hours of digging and looking he finally located it.  Then he had to run the pipe from the main line to the equipment which took a few more hours.  Then he came inside and installed the reverse osmosis equipment under the kitchen sink.  He started at 4pm and did not leave until 11:15pm.



We are very impressed with how good our water feels to shower/bathe in.  The taste of the water is much improved too."
