Overall experience was OK but the final product is not the quality we were promised or expect for the amount of money we paid. The "caulk" is not as promised and looks sloppy even after the installer came out to fix it. We have had to put in two service calls in less than 6 weeks for the caulk and the installer did not connect plumbing fittings correctly which led to a sizable leak in our upstairs bathroom that led to us getting water in our kitchen downstairs. To their credit, they did send someone out quickly but again, not what you would expect paying the price you pay. The installer stated the "Caulk" would need to be dug out and replaced every couple of years when we were assured it would never turn colors, mildew, etc. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Our hope is that the lifetime warranty is upheld.

It all began November 2016.. The installation was quick and painless just like they promised. My shower was ready within the 48 hours, but they accidentally knocked the drain loose to the shower in my guest bath during the process. Before the installation, they guaranteed that they would fix any complications they caused with the instal. I had to use the guest bath for the 24hours my new shower was drying and setting, so because the drain was knocked loose the shower water flooded my kitchen below. They assured me that they would fix anything that went wrong considering the accident was their fault. They did initially come out promptly to assess the damage and were really nice, but my cabinets and my wood floor was ruined. This all took place between Thanksgiving and Christmas so I assumed the process would take more time than usual but I would have never guessed I would still be dealing with the problem a year later. The plumbing that had been knocked loose quickly became a complicated fix and the men they continued to send out were very sweet but new on the job or not as knowledgeable as they should have been. The sheetrock was finally replaced and dried out by the end of January but I was still suck with ruined floors and cabinets. I completely understood that they needed to dry everything out and take down all the cabinets to fix the problem and prevent mold. Honestly at that point I was still just happy everything was getting fixed. It took over a month for them to "search" for my flooring and my cabinets, even though I provided them with the companies that I purchased the floor and cabinets from along with copies of the paperwork so they would have the correct numbers and names of the flooring. I was told they were unable to find the flooring so I had to choose new flooring from Home Depot. The floors eventually got halfway fixed but I was still waiting the transition for the flooring to be put in and on the cabinets to be fixed. Every time I called the company to check the status the men and women in the answering center were very helpful and sweet. I don't want to take anything away from them. On more than one occasion they transferred me to Robert Powers the man over the construction in Houston and he continued to tell me my cabinet was ordered. Eventually he told me the man who had fixed my floor was fired from the company and took the cabinet that was supposed to be placed in my house with him and he had no idea that the rest of my kitchen wasn't finished. Robert told me that he was wording a new cabinet and it wouldn't take long to come in. I waited weeks calling the company trying to figure out what day they were coming back considering I would have to take off work but no one could give me any answers. Finally in the summer of 2017 they sent out a new guy to "finish" the work while we were waiting on a cabinet to come in. Beginning of June 2017 end of May 2017 a new guy came in and spent hours in my house putting up the rest of my cabinets and finishing the floors and honestly I think I could have done a better job. He put nails through the bullnose on my cabinets (they stick out the back so i've out myself on them a few times) He didn't have the moulding to go around the top of the cabinets so he left it unfinished Pieced together moulding at the top of my door Put in floor moulding in my dining room that does not match. I don't think it's even made for the floor The tile transition that was put in is no where close to transition or the correct color. And to top it off he did not have the new cabinet because he didn't know about it so he took the door off my cabinet so he wouldn't forget about it. By this time its the beginning of June 2017. I spoke with the call center again and again I was told Robert Powers would call me within an hour to discuss my situation. I waited 2 hours and I never received a call so I left a message with the call center again. After the call center spoke with Roberts boss I finally got a call back from him the next day. He did not let me get a word in edge wise. He proceeded to tell me that Lowes tried to give him a damaged cabinet and they couldn't fix my situation. So he was going to send me a 500 dollar visa gift card. This way I could go to Lowes and deal with their mess-ups myself. I received the gift card at the beginning of July 2017. The 500 dollars is supposed to cover my new cabinet, replace my ruined bullnose, replace the moulding for my cabinets/door/floor, replace the transition that does not match my floors, and pay for the installation of everything. He also said that the 500 dollars would be more than enough to fix everything that I would have money left over. I didn't want money. I wanted them to fix their mistakes that they had made months before not string me along for an entire year. On multiple occasions I was told that it looked like my house was finished and it never was. I would not recommend them to any one in the Houston area. I'm paying entirely too much money for a bathtub and to fix their mistakes.

Gus and Erica Benitez were a true pleasure to work with. They were very communicative, responsive, and responsible. Each day their work area and our home were cleaned up and restored to livable condition. Gus has extensive knowledge in many areas of home repair and cabinetry construction. He is honest, hard-working, and wants to please the customer. Erica even came over to help me empty my entire kitchen cabinet contents prior to sanding and staining - what a bonus! Although we knew Gus had other jobs waiting for him, he took his time in our home, did things correctly, and went above and beyond our expectations. Our stair railings, exterior siding, sheetrock work, and kitchen cabinets look fabulous. I would highly recommend Gus and his crew to work in your home and will definitely use them again!
