He did EXACTLY what someone his position is supposed to do to make sure I was a happy customer. ...and today (weeks later) we finally got a good heavy rain that let me really see the final results. It's the first time in years I've been able to go on my back patio during a heavy rain without being ankle deep in water. The gutters and guards worked perfectly.
