"When the work was initially completed, I wasn't thrilled. I figured a high 3 star at best. The gutters were fine but there were noticeable gaps with the guards, the installation was done differently than I expected, and a small part of it wasn't even what I had ordered. They couldn't ask for someone better than Jacob to be their "follow up" guy. He reached out to me after I let billing know I had some concerns. He arrived on time, checked out the situation, quickly made the changes to the install that I thought needed to be looked at and was happy to do it. He did EXACTLY what someone his position is supposed to do to make sure I was a happy customer. ...and today (weeks later) we finally got a good heavy rain that let me really see the final results. It's the first time in years I've been able to go on my back patio during a heavy rain without being ankle deep in water. The gutters and guards worked perfectly. "They showed up on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves so there was very little mess. The new gutters look and work great. My only complaint is that I bought a deal through Angie's List for a certain number of linear feet of guttering. When my job turned out to be less than that amount, I asked (twice) by email for a partial refund which was an equal percentage (20%) to the shortfall. Mr. Lux simply ignored the question. I would have appreciated either a 'yes, I'll do it' or 'I'm sorry but I can't change special deals' but he simply refused to answer."
