"I requested that the man who was coming to give me an estimate would show me ID. The lady in the office stated that wouldn't be a problem. When the gentleman showed up I requested ID and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I asked him he he had any ID and he said no and showed me the patch on his shirt. Anyone could have a shirt and I wasn't really happy my request wasn't honored when I was told it would be."
