Established in 1988, we pride ourselves in providing the best electrical service to residents and businesses in Midland, Odessa and the surrounding areas. Corey Sly Electrical Service is unique because we offer flat rate pricing. Flat rate pricing allows us to give an up-front price to our customers for each job that is requested, no matter how small or large the project might be. Our electricians are a great group of licensed experienced professionals. We are Insured and Bonded. Our Texas Electrical Contractor License (TECL) number is #17194. We are a proud member of both the Midland and Odessa Chamber of Commerce and we've been voted Midland's Favorite Electrical Repair Service year after year. We are equipped to meet the demands of all customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our Emergency Service Crew. We have crews located in both Midland and Odessa. We also service Stanton, Greenwood, and Gardendale. We also travel to Andrews, Big Spring, Crane, & Monahans with a trip charge.

The Corey Sly team did a great job installing one of the lights I bought and letting me know the issues with the other. They came back quickly after I got the correct light and finished up. Glad I called rather than trying this myself.

Excellent job! Two technicians to assemble and a third came in to help hang the fan in the final phase. Took 2.5 hours start-to-finish. Worked perfectly! quietly and in-balance! Excellent work and VERY professional! I will hire this company for any future electrical needs in my home.

Mike Rawlings, Joeandy Lujan, and Derrick Abila were very professional and explained step by step of what was going to happen. They were very polite and when they needed to move some of my belongings to get to where they needed to be, they did with care and put it back when complete. They even swept up after themselves when all was said and done. Work actually came in under price and I am very satisfied with the work they did and I would definitely hire them again.

They did an excellent job. Showed up on time. Very courteous and conscientious. They identified the problem quickly and got it fixed and on their way. Final cost matched up with the estimate before starting. I definitely recommend Corey Sly for your electric work.

Splendidly! Andrew Candelaria was very competent and understanding. I had my 3 grandkids under the age of 5 because their mom was sick. It was a little chaotic. He was very respectful to my mom, who lives with me, while he was working in her room. After he installed my ceiling fixture HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF!!! You do not know how much I appreciated that. The two year old will pick up anything and is into everything. I have used Corey Sly for years and have always been satisfied with the work. From the time I contacted them they were very professional and punctual. Aaron was my tech he was great! Aaron was the tech from the proposal to the completion of my job and when I need more electrical work done I will call Corey Sly and ask for Aaron.

Before and after of what could have been very bad. Taking it that someone above sent me a warning with just 1/2 my power out yesterday. With the main line running from the meter to my breaker box burning in 1/2. I still do not know how my house passed the home inspection 6 years ago when we bought our home. We are now up to City of Midland code and passed inspection and waiting on Oncor to come and reconnect. Thank you Chris Howard and Ryan and Corey Sly Electric for working so quickly on getting me back up and going. Work was started and completed in 1 day. Started at 7:30am and Passed city inspection by 3 and power back on by 6:30pm.

James and Pete of Corey Sly Electrical Service came out to Big Spring to change out a fire disaster of an electric panel box for us. They did a great job, worked tirelessly, literally all day until sundown with no breaks. Seriously these guys wouldn't even stop to eat, because they were so determined to finish the job. James is knowledgeable about code requirements and pointed out to us a lot of other problems in our house with loose wires, etc. and we asked him to come back to work on them and he scheduled a return date to fix them within two days. We also asked him to replace every single ungrounded two-prong outlet in our home with GFCI outlets to prevent problems, another huge job which he gladly did with Pete's help when he returned for the wires.
We spent more money than we expected but the cost of peace of mind is something we're ok with.
Pete is sweet and has a great attitude, even during very long days.
James is incredibly friendly and approachable and will gladly answer any questions you have about electric issues in your house. He doesn't rush and does his job with care and and is more than willing to take the time to explain what he is doing and electrical safety issues your house may have. He very much values customer care and wanted to make sure we were happy. If you need work done, I would highly recommend requesting James and Pete.
