"We were having some settling issues on one end of the house. There was a crack that ran from the corner of the window (indoors) across the wall, not in the seam. It was very noticeable. When they got through placing the power braces on the end of the house I went in and almost all of the crack was gone. They did an excellent job. There were other cracks that were expected when leveling the house. easy fixes. even the outside is looking better, although we will probably re do the stucco. "I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

 We just recently hired him to replace our old wooden fence at our new house. That took a lot of work, it was very hot, and there was tons of rocks in the ground. He didn't charge us extra for that, but he should have. We love our new metal fence. It looks so much better than before. He really like this guy and we always recommend to our family and friends."
