Brandy checked all the specifications, Management increased the tonnage to better fit my house, Carlos installed the Acs and finally Franco did the QA and checked everything. Although it was late in the day, Franco explained the operation and maintenance in detail, which I really appreciate since I am very focused on preventive maintenance.
