"The service was exceptional I would absolutely have them come out and clean my carpet again I recommend any and everyone who's looking to get professional work did to their carpet to give them a call"

"Hector seems to be very knowlegable about security systems. He delivered as promised. He and his helper need to be more attentive to clean up. We found bits of wire insulation in several places in the house and items were not put back in the original state. I would use him again - just expect better clean up."

"They came right on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. Their cleaning was good to very good. They missed a few places here and there that rather surprised me as they were pretty obvious places to clean, eg. the TV and shelves around it, top of bookcase that is right at eye level, side of end table that had some big cobwebs on it. Other places they did a great job, eg., cleaning a vase of silk flowers so that they looked brand new and the bathroom counters fairly gleamed. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.

"Chris did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. His customer service is outstanding! Very respectful and kind. He listens to all your worries and needs so he can do what needs to be done. We are beyond pleased with the work Chris did to get our carpets back in shape! We recommend Chris from Drop Down Services."

"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."
