Charles Carranza is a trustworthy guy who with his roofing team replaced our 21 year old roof battered by hail n age and they installed a beautiful new roof...the team was on time cleaned the area every day. It was great to work with su ch a professional crew as well as with Brandy from the Carranza office who kept us up to date with paperwork. If you want a job done right see Carranza Restoration.

They kept me informed because of delays in locating the amount of shingles needed for my roof in the color I wanted. They were on time and cleaned up afterward.

We are so happy with the whole crew who worked with us on this project to replace our roof. Vince was thorough and addressed every detail. He made himself available for any little question or concern. Fernando and his workmen did a great job and it was obvious these guys knew their business. They showed a lot of respect for our property and carefully moved things out of the way and was careful to leave all areas clean of debris. Brandy the office manager was so helpful, keeping us informed of each step of the process and was great helping us contact anyone we might need to. One morning the owner even came by the house to ensure we got the correct shingles. Service like this cannot be too highly praised. Thanks to the whole crew! We'd give you guys 10 stars if we could.

They do a though and complete job, including cleanup and removal. They arrived early and stayed on the job till done. The office, Brandy Love, keep me totally informed of every aspect of the job, including the insurance aspects. There were no surprises in cost or materials. Two days for a large roof plus shed was superior performance.

I thought I needed to replace the entire roof. Fortunately, after assessments by two different vendors, the only issue found related to two shingles. No hail damage found (yea!). The Carranza Restoration front office personnel kept me informed. The replacement was accomplished very quickly. I will hire this vendor when it comes time to replace the entire roof.

No idea about the money since this was an insurance claim. We had a major leak, and Christopher stayed right on top of our situation, getting us dried out. Very responsive to our emergency.
