"My experience with Mustang Fencing & Gates was extremely disappointing. The project was repeatedly delayed with no communication, and the crew that finally arrived had no work order and no clear instructions. The workmanship was so poor?crooked lines, unstable posts, and overlapping pickets?that the entire fence had to be torn down and rebuilt. No professional company should produce work that requires full demolition to fix. Even after we paid the remaining balance to move on, the owner contacted me the next day demanding additional payment. They also attempted to charge sales tax on a lump-sum residential fence replacement, which is not permitted under Texas law. Their online behavior is similar?they only respond to negative reviews to argue, and ignore positive ones entirely. I remained patient throughout this process, but the lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and improper billing make this a company I cannot recommend."
