They rush to complete a three day job in two days. They got sloppy and cut the entry post wrong. They removed an old railing, sanded down and put it back in reverse. The balusters do not match and they blamed it on the previous installer. They ended up drilling new holes and left the mess for us to fill up the holes ourselves. Many of the balusters they installed are not perpendicular to the floor. They kept on blaming it on us for reusing the rail and caps. Basically, they like to blame their mistakes on anyone else but themselves. According to Juans, it was a job well done. I beg to differ. Do not expect them to do what is right.

I would highly recommend Santos Creativity! They did an amazing job on our staircase and even completed it sooner than expected. Our staircase went from an old, carpeted, dingy staircase to a beautiful updated staircase that looks bigger and brighter. We had Juan put in new treads, posts, risers, handrails, trim and ballusters. The treads, posts and handrails were stained dark and the risers and trim were painted white. They installed metal ballusters for us, as well. The transformation is stunning and we absolutely love our new staircase! Call Juan!

Juan Santos was professional from the beginning. He responded quickly to our estimate and stayed in touch throughout the project. The crew were skilled and professional and did a beautiful job. Although there may be less expensive contractors that perform this work, you get what you pay for. We were happy to have a professional job completed to our satisfaction and timely. Juan Santos and his brothers did and excellent job on our staircase. We did a staircase upgrade which replaced the carpeted stairs with red oak stairs, red oak handrails and metal balusters. They originally planned on four days to complete the job, but we let them work as long as they wanted too, so it too two very long days to complete. Juan and his brothers are highly organized, concerned and detailed about the quality of their work. The bid was a little higher than other bids, but their design made the staircase look exceptional and the quality of their work was exceptional. I would recommend Santos Creativity Staircase Co. to anyone who wants to upgrade their staircase. They will do an exceptional job for you.

The two guys doing the work did a fairly decent job. I thought the quote was a little high and I was a little hesitate about the amount of the requested deposit. Juan, the young man that comes out for the estimate needs some customer service training. Make sure you get everything in writing, a couple of my walls were damaged and at first he did not want to fix them claiming they do not do sheetrock, but eventually he agreed to have someone come out and do the repairs.

Polite, on time, efficient. Was able to help adjust quickly we ran into a hiccup with the parts. Would recommend.
