"I had my bath room toilet pipe bust overnight. I woke up around 4 in the morning and I was standing in almost ankle deep water through most of my house. Gave your company a call and they were very prompt with instructions on what to do while waiting on them the show up, and they arrived within the hour(on a Sunday I might add) and was able to suck up all the water and leave dehumidifiers before any further damage occurred. Even though the situation was hectic, they were able to provide a pleasant service. It happened about 3 weeks ago, since then they have called and checked on me and and have continued to make sure no mold has been growing in my drywall. Will highly recommend Kermit and his crew to anyone that I talk to. Excellent company."

"Mr Cruz was quick in responding to my initial inquiry. He was out the next day to take measurements with his crew. My door had to be special ordered. I was pleased with the price quote and installation price. They also gave mre a good price on rehanging my front door. They were out on Tuesday 12/28/10 at 8:30 am. They were all very profwssional and couterious, They have some problems with the opening as it was not square. They hung the door several times and then took it down as they were not happy with it. In conclusion, they stayed until the door was properly installed. It looks very good. I will consider them for further work."

TFB, Inc. is a new company (as of January 2002 ) with a new process. We have assembled a team of professionals in the field of residential and commercial structures with 100+ years of combined background in Indoor Air Quality, Real Estate, Insurance Adjusting, Construction and Bio-Science. We offer complete rebuilding and remodeling services with a specialty in restoring damage from mold, foundation damage, water and fire damage. \n \nFor Instance, no other company has our Rx4MOLD Dry Ice Blasting process for dealing with toxic mold and other biological contaminants. No other company can assert that they can do your remediation job 20% less than anyone else's bid. \n \nDry Ice Blasting is part of a new cryogenic process for bio-sterilization unique to our company . We provide the service; we sell licenses to carefully selected providers who can qualify for certification in the Rx4MOLD regimen. And we provide training and support to them. (See an animated demonstration of the Rx4MOLD patented system at www.Rx4MOLD.com.) \n \nTFB can promise you less time locked out of your house/building during mold/bio-toxin sterilization. Our process is less destructive. Less destruction means that our method is cheaper than any of our competitors. There is less to build back - less ALE (Aleternate Living Expense) for your insurance company OR FOR YOU! \n \nOne hundred percent of the buildings we have sterilized have passed independent engineer certification the FIRST time. That is not always the case even for the best of our competitors. It may not always be because we are better contractors - there are many excellent firms. But our PROCESS just cannot be beat for price, speed, thoroughness and reliability.. \n \nWe are able to do turnkey work in all areas of building, rebuilding and remodeling with the same skill and expertise that makes us stand out in the Indoor Air Quality business. \n \nThank you for the opportunity to meet you and serve you. \n \nMarc S. Carpet Stretching FAQs, answered by experts

Use baking soda and vinegar or shaving cream to fix your carpet stains. But if you prefer a quicker solution, rent a carpet shampooer and use an enzyme-based cleaner to treat and resolve your discolored carpet issue.

If you don’t put padding under your carpet, the carpet won’t be protected from wear on the underside. This could result in a shorter life span for your carpet and increased carpet repair costs over time. An unpadded carpet can also be less comfortable to walk on, depending on your subfloor and the type of carpet.

Regular vacuuming is essential in homes with animals and children to remove pet hair, dirt, and debris from the carpet's surface. Additionally, prompt cleaning of spills and accidents can prevent stains from setting in. Consider using carpet protectors or area rugs in high-traffic areas to minimize wear and tear on your new carpeting.

Yes, carpeted stairs are generally considered safer than stairs with hard surfaces like wood, vinyl, or tile. Carpet provides more traction and friction, which helps reduce the chances of slips and falls. Additionally, if a fall does occur, carpet offers more cushioning, which can lessen the severity of an injury. While hard surfaces can look great, they are often more slippery. However, it's worth noting that some carpets, especially if they are new, dirty, or have a slick texture, can also pose a slipping hazard. To improve safety on any type of stair surface, you can add traction treads to increase grip.

You can expect your carpet protection to last about six months to two years. It will last longer in low-traffic areas (compared to busy areas, where your carpet experiences more wear and tear). Once the protector wears off, you’ll need to call your carpet contractor to reapply the stain protection treatment and revive your carpet.
