Carpets are very clean. Used an enzyme treatment to help with urine odor and bedroom where new puppy plays smelled fresh again. The furniture is over 12 years old but looked really good after the cleaning and no longer smelled or felt like kids and dogs hung out on them all the time. Two employees were kind, considerate and prompt and had recommendations for future cleanings.

Wow, were these guys a pleasure to work with. Both were professional, friendly, and eager to make sure we were totally satisfied. We prepped the rooms before they arrived by removing all small objects (e.g. end tables) and vacuumed. As is typical, they did not move very large furniture (e.g. beds, dressers), but did move the sofas and chairs. The floors and furniture were thoroughly cleaned, pretreated and steam cleaned. I did not feel they were rushing through my job to get to the next one. We pointed out a spot on sofa, they addressed it and sincerely encouraged us to mention anything else we felt needed attention. I have no doubt I will hire this company again.

Overall, everything was very good. The only thing I got up-tight about was when they brought in their equipments; they did not anticipate their pathway very well, and ended up knocking and breaking one of my vases. To accommodate that, they removed a certain amount from the price for my convenience. The other gentleman handled things professionally. I was satisfied with the outcome. I did not even have to call their supervisor about it because he took care and handled it over the phone. The cleaning service was fine though. Their price was reasonable.

Everything was good, and there was nothing I disliked. However, they had scheduled an appointment but then no one showed up. When I called them back, they told me that the appointment was for the next day. The company had messed up the scheduling; it was not the actual cleaners though. The total bill came up to $369, but I also bought some cleaning supplies from them, so I think I spent about $320 just for the carpet cleaning work. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were good. They set a pretty narrow time frame for their appointment time and they are there at that time. They do a good job. They take care of the furniture really well. I will use them again in the future.
