"Mr. Lane was punctual, and he called before he came to let me know he was on his way.  He looked at the areas that needed to be cleaned and then gave me further information on treating pet damaged areas, including the cost to treat the pet damage areas.  He wrote an invoice with the agreed upon services and I initialed that before he began.  He treated the rooms in about an hour's time or maybe a bit less, and then explained the approximate drying time for each room.  Then I signed the invoice for completed work and paid for the extra service that I had asked for and he left.  He emailed me a few days later to make sure I was happy with the carpets and to see if I had any concerns.  I think the carpets turned out great and I have no complaints.

"Overall a good service. Price was increased for $25 by company representative for additional two stair islands and corridor between the rooms. No representative chats me back on line while hiring, however responded fast while calling them. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The representative called 8:00 am morning to confirm the address and arrived 2 hours before scheduled time. The full job was done for about 30 min. Nothing special in cleaning and some spaces were asked to clean one more time. After cleaning, all vacuum trash was thrown and left on our street side, so we took care for it by ourself."
