Aladdin has been locally owned and operated since 1956. We are located near downtown San Antonio and have locations in Boerne & New Braunfels. We currently employ 25 individuals. No subcontractors are used. Pricing is determined before each job and we measure by the sq/ft. Travel charges apply outside of loop 1604. Additional charges apply for after hours services. "I think their policy is a punitive one: to charge you $100 if you switch from recurring to one-time. I offered to pay the difference between a one-time fee and a recurring fee after I cancelled because I was dissatisfied. They stopped communicating with me when I asked that they remove their charge of $100 and they said that it was their policy to make the charge. I think this is a bad business practice, although it is their policy. So that is why I am not going to give them my business again. They can keep my $100, which I think is a punitive charge, but they will not get any more of my business."
