Carpet Tech said that cleaning the ducts for the mildew might not work and in the end it did not. I appreciate their honesty that it might not work. They showed up on time and performed the job quickly and efficiently.

The carpets were cleaned beautifully.  The house was empty of furniture and less than 2,000 square feet of carpet to be cleaned. He was prompt and did a great job, but think the price a bit steep for 1 1/2 hours of work.  I will seek a less expensive alternative next time.
