Don's Carpet Cleaning

My loveseat looks so much better. They (trainee in attendance) where on time, friendly, professional and thorough.

This is the second time I have used Don's Carpet Cleaning, but the first with a puppy in the house. After talking to a couple of providers and studying online, I felt that Don's method of cleaning urine from the carpet would go the deepest and get to all the urine. They were very honest about the results I could expect. After the cleaning, when a couple of stains re-emerged from the urine spots, they told me over the phone how to get rid of the stains using vinegar and water, rather than book me for a follow-up visit, which saved a lot of money. The carpets look and smell great (except close up at the concentrated pee spot), and the dog is no longer interested in peeing at the spot he used to, which is wonderful.

Very satisfied! Will use them again.

We had the carpet cleaned in our home. John arrive promptly on time - and gave us our estimate - which was less than what was quoted to us over the phone (I had to estimate how many square feet of carpet we had to be cleaned - and I was off on the estimate). We were very happy that when they showed up - the price wasn't more! A very honest way of doing business!!
John made sure we were happy before leaving - which of course we were! He did a great job on our carpets!

He was punctual, courteous, and very professional. He suggested applying a Teflon spray after the carpets were cleaned to resist future stains. The carpets were dry in less than 48 hours, with a brighter appearance and a fresh smell.

II had trouble finding someone in the area that could clean both tile and carpet without spending an arm and a leg. I finally found Don through Angie's list and he not only had the best price (BY FAR) he was able to schedule and complete the k=job in the time frame I needed it. He was on time and worked quickly. I was truly amazed at the quality of work he did...It far exceeded my expectations and was a WOW moment when I saw the carpets!!!

John of Don's Carpet arrived on time and initially measured the area to be cleaned. He then explained the process he would go through in cleaning the carpet, as well as, what I should do in regards to temperature and ventilation of the home for the next few days. His sq. ft. was less than what I had guessed in our initial phone conversation and his final cost was less than the phone estimate.

We are VERY happy with Don's Carpet Cleaning Service and will not hesitate to recommend or use them again. The time from making the appointment to the actual appointment was approx a week, but that was our choice as we wanted to move furniture from the area being cleaned. We had wall to wall cleaning not just walk way cleaning.
John was here on time if not a few minutes early. He measured the area we wanted cleaned (matched our estimate) and gave us the price. He also gave us the price for having a coating (can't remember the name) applied after cleaning. He explained what it was and how it would help down the road. After cleaning he explained ways to help in the drying phase. All of these recommendations were used and I was amazed how fast it dried.

They were very punctual and professional. They worked with us after arriving to handle specific issues on the carpet and also worked out moving furniture so a complete cleaning could be done. Very pleasant to work with and prompt return of phone calls.

This was the second time I have hired Don's Carpet Cleaning, who first came recommended from an acquaintance. I am happy with their service and I will continue to use them in the future.
