"They are good quality windows and their customer service was great. However a little pricey. The window latch broke after a couple months and it took seven months to get it because they claimed they discontinued the windows. How am I to get a lifetime warranty on a discontinued window? And 6 months to replace a latch. Scary. I do like the windows but I will not do this again for the other windows due to price and length it took to get broken latch fixed. Not sure how good the warranty actually is"

"We were so pleased with the work they completed that we have more projects for them to do. The work area was cleaned as they did the work (by them). They were On time and efficient! They scheduled an appointment to provide a price quote and gave us the cost before leaving that day. They started our projects at 8am the next day. We have been very pleased with the quality of their work and how they conduct business."
