"The owner came by my home and inspected the property and offered suggestions on watering and care.  He sent out his crew to apply the fertilizer and to take a soil sample to determine exactly how to improve the lawn.  After a couple of weeks the lawn has improved and I received the soil analysis.  The next treatment will use the analysis to fine tune the feeding.  Great results and great customer service.

No feedback after a week, I contacted the company with no response. Followed up again a week later and no feedback. I scheduled time away from work only for them to blow me off, expected the service to be well over $1000. I can understand if it turned out to be something they weren’t interested in but poor customer service to just not communicate. "Before I chose Clemente and Master Landscaping & Irrigation Services to re-landscape my front yard, I naturally checked out his reviews. His reviews were excellent, and now I know why! Clemente always showed up when he said he would, and if he was going to be late, he would text me and let me know! We discussed colors of plantings, the name of plants and how to care for them. He drew a rendering of what the landscape would look like (to scale), which was very helpful. He made sure all of my sprinklers were properly set to water the recently planted landscaping. He did exactly what he said he would do and when a particular plant that he was going to purchase for me didn't look healthy when he was going to buy it, he would call me and suggest an alternative! Clemente is very professional, very meticulous about his plantings (which I love), and he takes great pride in his work. He knows his plants and how to take care of them. "I hired H&H for shrub/tree trimming and, for a reasonable price, added removing a bush and filling holes with dirt to the project. Jose with H&H performed detailed work with the project - each detail was noted as other contractors has merely trimmed while Jose also carefully removed weeds and debris. Finally, Hubert is in charge of H&H and served as the contact for the project; he scheduled all of the work and followed up on each detail until the job was complete.
