"Christian was quick to quote and was the low bidder by 5%. The formal quote and the verbal quote did have a variance which I understand. The project did not start on time or finish on time. It started late and ran long. The proposal was detailed but he did not perform everything exactly like the proposal stated. I have a few seams that need to be touched up and one edge to cleaned up and I can not get him to come back and fix the some minor details. The concern is if I have a major problem will he perform the warranty work?"
