In this case, CustomScapes was hired to replace plants/bushes in 5 flower garden areas as of result of the devastating winter storm in North Texas. Not only did Juan and his assistants do an exceptional job, I believe they also went above and beyond with my original expectation at no additional cost. Juan is very knowledgeable about plants, and I found him to be extremely prompt and dependable. They weeded, removed old mulch, planted, fertilized, mulched and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. I would surely recommend them for any landscaping needs and will definitely be using them again in the future."

We had a LOT of dead bushes, smaller trees, etc that were dead from Snowmegeddon, and we were also in need of clearing out several large plants/bushes in preparation for a landscape remodel we will be doing in Spring 2022. They were very prompt, completely professional, offered EXCEPTIONAL work (many in our neighborhood have been having similar work done to remove the plants they lost in the 2021 storm and you can definitely tell a difference in our yard and theirs)! Highly recommend them, they are wonderful and get the job done efficiently and expertly clean up before leaving, they don't just run a leaf blower and head out, they bag trimmings, sweep off walkways, porches, clean up trimmings that fall into flower beds (and even neighbors' yards), etc. They also do landscape design, and we will definitely be hitting them up in early 2022 to get a design idea and quote for that work as well. "In addition to the stone flower beds, the plants he recommended were an excellent compliment to the brickwork. A Bluetooth controlled irrigation system was also recommended and has made watering the yard and flowers so easy with programmable settings that I can change from my recliner with a few keystrokes. No more going into the garage to adjust settings. The experience with R.D.D. was very pleasant and his crew were hard working and very considerate of our property. We ve had many compliments from neighbors as they walk by. We recommend them with no hesitation."
