Excellent. He did have to come back a couple days later because all of a sudden the a/c unit quit cooling. He came within an hour if my call and found the problem (a tiny pin ***** hole in a weld), it was fixed and freon replaced with no cost.

The gate scraped the concrete when it closed and the motor bracket broke off of the pole several months ago rendering the gate even more useless....
