If you are looking for the cheapest, aka low quality, contractor, I’m sure we are not it. We focus on high quality workmanship.
"Carl at Craftsman Connection LLC is the man to hire if you want the job done right the first time. I contacted him to do a bathroom remodel with a somewhat restrictive and tight time frame. He was able to accommodate all of my needs with no issues or delays. He is a true professional, a perfectionist and very trustworthy. Has been in the construction business for many years since he was young with his dad and is a building inspector so he knows what problems to look for and how they need to be fixed correctly. He does not typically work on multiple projects at the same time and will be there on time every day until your project is completed. I would encourage prospective clients to go online also and watch his very helpful and informative videos that he’s posted on YouTube. Also, don’t judge solely on price. As the saying goes…you get what you pay for. You’re going to come out ahead of the game by getting it done right the first time and avoiding hiring him after your previous contractor did crappy or slipshod work. "Haim and his crew exceeded expectations, stayed within budget, and got the job finished fast. After a broken water heater flooded half our house, we needed new floors and the walls, which had been “flood cut” two-feet up all around had to be repaired, replastered and repainted. Haim was very helpful, explaining the process and various options. He gave me good advice on why things we could do to make improvements without braking the bank. I also really appreciated how he found a way to fix the problem that had led to the flooding in the first place - devising a way to add a drain pipe where there was no obvious exit. His whole crew was hard working, dependable and great at their jobs. There was one section of drywall that was really difficult to patch as it received a lot of natural light and was right under a bright ceiling light, which tends to expose even the smallest flaw. Haim’s drywall expert worked on it over and over until it wasn’t noticeable at all. All in all, they went above and beyond painting several additional walls and doors for me just to make sure it all came together perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, in line with other quotes I received and in some cases less. I highly recommend GH. Give ‘me a call!"

They started working in February and I told Chris I wanted permit and he assured me that they would get a permit but came March and they never pulled a permit. They never finished the job. The first week of November they came back wit h the inspector. The inspector told that he needs to do one more thing and after that Chris never came back and I ended up hiring someone else."

"Stay away from this company at all costs. We had a large custom solarium window that needed to be replaced as part of a bedroom and bathroom remodel. I asked for a quote from Sunshine Sunrooms. Jerry Lackey the General Manager and Danny Ortiz the Project Manager came to my house, reviewed the project, and said they could absolutely handle the job. Jerry talked about how great their customer service was, how well they communicated, how I would be kept informed every step of the way, and how smooth the process would be. Even though Jerry was more like a used car salesman than a contractor, I decided to go with them because I thought they had expertise in this area. Unfortunately, none of what they promised from a customer service, communication, or timeliness of the process standpoint never materialized. I was the one who had to constantly follow up for updates on the build, delivery, and installation of the product. Throughout that process, I was given misinformation about when shipments would arrive, the completeness of shipments, and when installation could occur. I was told that all parts had arrived only to find out after the fact key pieces were missing because they didn't inventory their shipments. I was told installers would start on a certain day only to be told the original installer refused to do the project. This delayed our overall remodel for weeks because this window had to be installed before the bathroom was completed. This left us trying to get by with limited bathroom facilities and sleeping areas. Throughout all of this, even though Jerry Lackey admitted he knew what was going on, he never reached out to apologize or offer to help rectify the situation. The only other time I heard from Jerry was when he called me to threaten me with legal action on my property because I asked them for some consideration in the overall fees due to the inconvenience they put my family through. Can't tell you how frustrating this company was to deal with and having Jerry Lackey threaten me was just the icing on the cake."
