THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON MY AIRCONDITIONER AND REFUSSED TO COME BACK OUT AND REPLACE WITH THE PROPER PART. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE WORK WITH ANY WARRANTY. THEY JERKED ME AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO INSTALL A NEW BREAKER BOX OUT BY MY AIRCONDITIONER THAT BURNT UP BECAUSE OF THE WRONG BLOWER MOTOR THEY INSTALLED, IT SHOULD OF BEEN A TWO PHASE BLOWER AND THEY INSTALLED A SINGLE PHASE BLOWER. I TRIED TALKING WITH THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND PUT THE RIGHT BLOWER ON AND ALL I WAS BEING TOLD WAS THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO DO ANYMORE WORK FOR ME AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY THAT THEY WORKED FOR. BECAUSE THEY BLAMED THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AND SAID I NEEDED TO DEAL WITH THEM. MIND YOU I WAS TALKING WITH A SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. "David and Nick on the Installation team were absolutely incredible. We were having a new split unit system installed at our home in Marlin. These guys came so prepared and from personally having experience with AC Systems being installed in another home that did not go so well; I could tell these guys knew what they were doing. They showed up with everything in order, went straight to work quickly and efficiently, were incredibly kind and communicated through out the process of the install, and made sure to coach us on the unit once it was installed. Condensation in your dryer can create a dangerous situation. It can cause lint to clog up the venting components of the system. If you have a gas-powered dryer, excessive lint buildup can create the potential for carbon dioxide buildup within your home. Clogged vent systems can also be a severe fire hazard. 

The main factor to a full lint trap is what you are drying. Clothing or textiles made of heavy natural materials, like wool sweaters or cotton towels, generally create more lint than synthetic fibers. If you wash the same type of clothes all the time and suddenly start to notice more lint, that may be a sign that your dryer vent is getting clogged and you need to call in a pro for a professional cleaning. 

While a professional can always help, there are some common plumbing culprits you can check yourself to see if you can find the sewer gas smell. For example, you should check your water traps, sometimes called P-traps and S-traps, which are located under sink, shower, and laundry drains. The wax ring beneath the base of your toilet, which creates a watertight seal with the plumbing, could also have gone bad.

Failing to open your flue can lead to serious health hazards if you start a fire because the smoke will back up into your home. Breathing fire smoke, even in relatively small quantities, is bad for human lungs, and smoke can also irritate your nasal passages and eyes. Furthermore, smoke can cause damage to your interior fixtures and furnishings, at the very least leaving an unpleasant smoky smell for a long time. In short: If your flue isn’t open (or you’re not sure if it is or not), don’t start a fire to find out!

Using a leaf blower to clean your dryer vent isn't a good idea. Theoretically, the leaf blower should push the lint and debris toward the exterior vent opening, helping it exit. That's usually not what happens, though. 

Instead, the lint can get stuck further in the vent, creating a blockage and making the problem worse. You need a scrubbing tool, such as the rotating brush head on a dryer cleaning kit, to push the lint out of the ductwork.
