He was at the house next day for a hard quote (on Sunday) and completed the work the next day Professional in all respects, did what we agreed no "added items no extras" for the price we agreed. His crew was a thing of beauty to watch. As professional project manager for 40 years I can say without reservation that very seldom have I had such a great experiance!"

Concrete driveways add the most value to your home because they last longer and have a better aesthetic appeal. However, depending on your climate, asphalt may be preferable as it handles freezing temperatures and high heat better than concrete.

Most heated driveways last from 15 to 20 years with regular inspection, maintenance, and prompt repairs. In other words, a heated driveway lasts about the same length of time as a regular concrete or asphalt driveway. However, your paving material does affect the longevity of your heated driveway. Resurfacing can be a cheaper alternative at $3 to $20 per square foot, but it won’t fix your driveway’s underlying problems.

Installing a heated driveway is often worth the cost because it will significantly boost a home's value, especially in areas that often suffer from heavy snow and freezing temperatures. Even if you only install the basic components and never activate the heating system yourself, giving the future buyer an option to finish the system can still increase your home’s value.
