Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached. "

"Salesman Apodaca made promises that were not true and I got stuck in a fight between sales and installation. I ended up out money fixing their sales guys mistake. He never called back and then I found out he got promoted."

"I hired Rodens painting to hang drywall, texture, install crown molding, base molding, and paint my house after a water pipe burst during the February 2021 freeze. We had an agreement for $25,900 in total work. I paid him $24,900 before he abandoned the job and have not heard from him since. He requires payment constantly because he does not have the capital to buy materials before beginning any part of the job. Work began on 10/21/2021 and the last check given to him was on 3/31/2022. He did not have much oversight with his employees during this time and as a result there was great variation in all the aspects of the work. Eventually he just abandoned the job in July 2022 after he stopped taking my calls. I gave up on him as I was disgusted with the quality of his work and decided to take a loss and have another contractor finish the work for an additional $8000. Problems were all over the scope of their work. There were visible drywall seams followed by terrible spray texturing of the walls which varied from very thick in some areas and normal in other areas (sometimes on the same stretch of wall). His employees did mediocre work with the crown molding. I though painting would be an easy process for his crew but they failed in that aspect as well. There were several walls that were not primed prior to being painted and this resulted in a very splotchy texture which looked terrible. They failed to properly cover some furniture with drop cloths and this resulted in primer being sprayed onto all different areas as well as on the furniture. Towards the end of the project, outlets were not even covered and spray texture and paint were applied directly over them. They did not even take the time to put painters tape over the outlets! Then, to top it off, he purchased paint from several different companies resulting in various shades of grey all over the house. There were at least 3 different paint brands used. Overall, I was very disappointed in almost every aspect of his work."

"This builder was very professional and explained to me exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. He was upfront with me about everything. He completed the project in a timely fashion even though I had made some changes during the build. I would definitely use hime again and tell everyone he is reliable and trustworthy. "

"Called them to set up an initial meeting time and they told me they would get back to me later that day to arrange the day and time. They called me back as promised and we met up the next day as scheduled. Perry was already on site before I had gotten there. We walked through the project and agreed on the price. He came out the next day and got everything cleaned up that day as promised. Fantastic job, would use them again in a heartbeat. "

"Before August 12, 2024, Angi connected me with Rubio Landscape & Maintenance to install my sprinkler system. He asked for 3 payments and promised me it would be completed in 2 weeks. I paid him the initial deposit of 12,175 on 09/02/2025, 2nd payment of $,6087.50 on September 11, and the third and final payment when the job is completed. He has not completed the job, and he started calling me while I was on vacation, asking for money. He wants me to go to the bank to pay him before the job is completed. He was obnoxious and disrespectful. He is so impolite. No manners. He did not complete the job until Oct. 6, 2025. I found defects in the work, like the sump pump was not installed properly. The machine was loosely connected to the post. It was so loose it rattled when windy. I was afraid it was going to fall off and create a hazard. He would not fix it, so my handyman and I reinforced and put additional screws and bolted the pump."
