"Our first experience with James was on a Saturday when my HVAC unit stopped working. Travelling a very long distance, James arrived that evening and diagnosed the situation. "We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Generally, an oil furnace is considered safer than a gas furnace for several reasons.
