"My wife and I expected more from the "Professional Deep Clean" Needless to say, we could have done a better job ourselves. With my fingers, I was able to gather up a whole bunch of dirt and fuzz from our carpets edges. We were excited to have the carpet professionally cleaned before our move in but we were let down. Here is a picture of what I gathered with my finger... (gathered it up in a matter of 2 minutes.) Definitely not worth the price. Update: Lupita G was very courteous and reached out saying they could have someone go again and had me reach out to the lead tech who answered and asked if I was the one that gave a one star review and hung up on me. Experience went from bad to terrible. Stay away from these people."
